Monica is from Columbia and Jim grew up in Columbus (Ohio) so friends came from near and far for the celebration. The first dance was “I can only imagine” by a Christian group named Mercy Me, it is a beautiful song and was perfect for the newlyweds. For dancing we went from Salsa & Merengue to Old School & Disco, the floor stayed full the whole night and both Jim and Monica were in the middle for most of it! If you are looking for a great property to host your reception I give two thumbs up to the Sheraton…they always do a fantastic job. (they also have an awesome new ceremony site)
